DECONTAMINATION DEVICE, DECONTAMINATION METHOD, NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, AND RECONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decontamination device capable of suppressing release of exhaust flowing out from a nuclear reactor pressure vessel to atmosphere without substantially recovering radioactive materials, and to provide a decontamination method, a nuclear power plant and a reconstruction method therefor.

SOLUTION: The decontamination device includes: a scrubbing container 32 that is an exhaust stack for discharging exhaust from a reactor container 10 and stores scrubbing liquid 31; and an exhaust tube 33 that is a bent tube for releasing gas inside the reactor container 10 and supplies the scrubbing liquid 31 inside the scrubbing container 32 with the exhaust from the reactor container 10.
