The invention relates to a method for connecting at least two superposed planar components (1, 2), using a connection element (3) that ends in a conical surface (9) which terminates in a point (8). The rear part of the connection element (3) is provided with grooves (6, 11) and, with the application of pressure and rotation, it is driven through the components (1, 2) which are to be connected, the rotation of said connection element being brought to a stop once a passage (4, 5) has been formed out of the material at least of the lower component (2). The connection element is secured in relation to the passage (4, 5) under the pressure of the material flowing into the grooves (6, 11). |
