PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing an electronic device for a game machine, managing use history of the electronic device for the game machine to be reused, the electronic device for the game machine, the game machine, an information processing apparatus, and a method for managing and recycling the electronic device for the game machine.

SOLUTION: A visual inspecting apparatus 311 determines whether a game machine ROM 350 can be reused or not on the basis of the information on use start time of the game machine ROM 350 stamped in advance on the face of the game machine ROM 350 and the information on the use limit time of the game machine ROM 350. A stamping apparatus 313 stamps the information (management sign) on the use history of the game machine ROM 350 on the face of the game machine ROM 350 when the game machine ROM 350 can be reused.
