The device comprises: a transmission module, configured for data transmission in a data format supported by a terminal between a terminal expansion device and the terminal; a conversion module, configured for data format conversion between the data format supported by the terminal and a data format supported by the Internet; an access module, configured for data transmission in the data format supported by the Internet between the terminal expansion device and the Internet through a wired connection.
