PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conserve the energy of a hydraulic pump, and reduce a cost by effectively utilizing a space inside machinery.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic motor for a conveyer is constituted by a variable-capacity hydraulic motor. When a load pressure to the variable-capacity hydraulic motor in normally operating the conveyer is a predetermined pressure Pa or less, the capacity of the variable-capacity hydraulic motor is set at a predetermined capacity qa and a discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump 1 is set at a predetermined pressure while setting the discharge flow of the hydraulic pump 1 at a predetermined value in accordance with the capacity of the variable-capacity hydraulic motor with the predetermined capacity qa. When a malfunction occurs at the conveyer and the load pressure to the variable-capacity hydraulic motor increases over the predetermined pressure Pa, thereby increasing the capacity of the variable-capacity hydraulic motor to a capacity qb larger than the predetermined capacity qa in response to the increased capacity, the values of the discharge flow and discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump 1 are kept at the predetermined values while a speed of the conveyer is set slower inversely proportional to the increasing ratio (qb/qa) of the capacity of the variable-capacity hydraulic motor just long enough for the malfunction taking place.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
