<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article, a writing instrument, and a mold wherein production cost can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The writing instrument 1 includes a writing body 11 having a writing part 32 and a drive mechanism 12 for projecting/retracting the writing body 11 from/into a small hole 22. A front tip of the resin molded article 16, which is one of outer members 10 of the writing instrument 1, is formed in a tapered cylindrical shape, and at a front tip of the same, there is provided the small hole 22 which has a hole part 25 for supporting the writing part 32 and an annular groove 26 arranged at an end of the hole part 25 and formed so as to have an inner diameter larger than the hole part 25. The resin molded article 16 is molded with a mold 50 which includes a core pin 54, having a body 58 for molding an inner shape and a pin 57 arranged at a front tip of the body 58 for molding the hole part 25, and a core pin bush 55 which has an opening part 60 for supporting the pin 57 and molds the annular groove 26 and the front tip of the resin molded article 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
