<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for an image forming device which is excellent in wear resistance and has excellent rough-paper transfer performance and wear resistance by forming a surface layer which hardly causes defects such as pinholes even if the thickness is reduced, as well as has no problems such as a filming phenomenon, and to provide a method for manufacturing the belt. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a belt having a rubber elastic layer made of having a thickness of 200 to 400 μm and made of a rubber or an elastomer on an inner surface of a surface layer having a thickness of 0.5 to 6 μm and made of a resin. A filler of 0.4 to 4.0% in volume fraction is added to the rubber elastic layer, and a ratio (M<SB POS="POST">1</SB>/M<SB POS="POST">3</SB>) is 2.0 or more, wherein the mass concentration of the filler included in a region to a depth of 20 μm from the interface between the surface layer and the rubber elastic layer toward the inner surface side is defined as M<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and the mass concentration of the filler included in a region to a depth of 120 to 140 μm from the interface between the surface layer and the rubber elastic layer toward the inner surface side is defined as M<SB POS="POST">3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
