<p>A double-core optical fiber connector includes a front shell (1) and a rear shell (2), which are connected detachably. The front shell contains a pair of ferrules assembly (3). There is a tail tube (21) in the tail end of the rear shell, which is integrally formed with the said rear shell. The tail tube has a fiber-entering hole (212) for a pair of fibers (41, 42) to enter. The tail tube is covered with an aramid fixed sheath (5). The aramid layer of the said fiber is fixed on the tail tube. In the double-core optical fiber connector, a pair of ferrules assembly is integrated in one shell, and the aramid layer of the fiber is fixed between the tail tube and the aramid fixed sheath, the size of the connector is effectively reduced, and the density of the fiber connection is increased.</p> |
