<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste which achieves both high-definition screen printability and electrical conductivity at a high level. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive paste contains: a spherical or flaky silver powder with an average particle diameter of 1-5 μm; an aggregated silver powder with an average particle diameter of 0.5-5 μm, which consists of aggregates of silver particulates with an average primary particle diameter of 0.05-0.5 μm; and a binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
