<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shield member used in liquid honing processing from being worn by slurry jet out of a jet gun to hit the shield member. <P>SOLUTION: A disc-shaped bottom plate made of a wear-resistant material is set removably on the inner diameter bottom face of a cup body which is made of a wear-resistant material and has a diameter-expanded flange part formed integrally on an opening end of a cylindrical part with a bottomed cylindrical shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
