<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment device which can prevent wrinkles in a film from affecting surface treatment of a medium to be processed due to taking up of the film while the wrinkles are generated by being heated by heating means. <P>SOLUTION: A surface treatment device 100 for processing the surface of a medium S to be processed comprises a film 103 and heating means 101 for heating the surface of the medium S to be processed via the film 103 by selectively heating different areas of the surface of the film 103 along an approximately perpendicular direction to a conveyance direction. The surface treatment device 100 also comprises reheating means 120 for reheating the film 103 in between a separation part D where the medium S to be processed is separated from the film 103 and a taking-up part W where the film 103 is taken up by a taking-up shaft 105 on a conveyance path of the film 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
