<p>Obtained is a vehicle body framework structure having increased rigidity achieved without making the structure complex. A framework body (12) comprises a rocker rear section (16), a rear pillar (14), and a rear wheel well (26) which are joined together. An inner corner section (58) which forms a rocker reinforcement (24) is formed on the inner side of a bent section (32) located near the joint section. A bulge section (34) having a three-dimensional curved surface shape bulging in a convex shape is formed at the inner corner section (58). The rocker reinforcement (24) is formed in such a manner that an upper wall section (24C1), an upper end flange section (24A), and a rear end raised wall section (24D) are formed on the inner side of the bent section (32) so as to be oriented in three directions and so as to continue to the bulge section (34) at a position at which the upper wall section(24C1), the upper end flange section (24A), and the rear end raised wall section (24D) surround the bulge section (34). Also, the upper end flange section (24A) is joined to both a rocker inner panel (18) and a pillar inner panel (14A), and the rear end raised wall section (24D) is joined to a wheel well outer panel (28).</p> |
