<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounting type light-emitting device which is small in discoloration due to thermal deterioration, excellent in heat discoloration resistance, long in life, very easy in deburring and comparatively inexpensive and furthermore excellent in preservation stability of a material, handleability and processability, and to provide a dry-type unsaturated polyester resin composition, a granular material, a pellet and a crushed processed product used for manufacture thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A surface-mounting type light-emitting device includes: a first resin body 40 comprising a dry-type unsaturated polyester resin molded body; and a second resin body 50 covering a light-emitting element 10. A first lead 20 on which the light-emitting element 10 is placed is exposed to and a resin insulation part 45 for insulating the first lead 20 and a second lead 30 is provided on the bottom surface part 40a of a recess 40c of the first resin body 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
