<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant ejection device which has enhanced drip-proof property and dustproof property. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a case 2 is divided into a nozzle chamber 9 and a drive chamber 10 by a partition wall 8. A nozzle mechanism 3 is housed in the nozzle chamber 9, a drive mechanism 4 is housed in the drive chamber 10, and a cover 6 is fit to a case body 5 to seal the drive chamber 10 hermetically. The rotational speed of a motor 23 (stepping motor) of the drive mechanism 4 is reduced by a speed reduction mechanism 24, the speed-reduced rotation is transmitted to an outlet pipe line 18 of the nozzle mechanism 3 in a non-contact state through a drive magnet gear 25 and a driven magnet gear 21 while putting the partition wall 8 therebetween to adjust the rotation angle of a nozzle 20. A coolant is supplied to an inlet pipe line 17 and ejected from the nozzle 20 through a rotary joint 19 and the outlet pipe line 18. Since the drive magnet gear 25 and the driven magnet gear 21 are used to perfectly and hermetically seal the drive chamber 10 in which the drive mechanism 4 including the motor 23 and the speed reduction mechanism 24 is housed, the drip-proof property and dustproof property of the coolant ejection device can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
