<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce such a paste that a surface tension (contact angle) of a phosphor paste is controlled, and to thereby facilitate control of coating properties. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relate to a phosphor paste in which the viscosity at a shear rate of 100 s<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is ≥10 Pa s and <15 Pa s, and the contact angle of the phosphor paste to a back substrate is ≥22 deg and ≤30 deg; or the viscosity at the shear rate of 100 s<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is ≥15 Pa s and <20 Pa s, and the contact angle of the phosphor paste to the back substrate is ≥21.5 deg and ≤28.5 deg; or the viscosity at the shear rate of 100 s<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is ≥20 Pa s and <25 Pa s, and the contact angle of the phosphor paste to the back substrate is ≥21 deg and ≤26 deg; or the viscosity at the shear rate of 100 s<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is ≥25 Pa s and ≤30 Pa s, and the contact angle of the phosphor paste to the back substrate is ≥20.5 deg and ≤23.5 deg. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
