<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for a radioactive metal waste that can efficiently execute decontamination and volume reduction, and can facilitate recycling. <P>SOLUTION: A processing method for a radioactive metal waste includes: an immersion step (SP101) of immersing a radioactive metal waste X in a sulphuric acid aqueous solution; a dissolution step (SP102) of dissolving the radioactive metal waste X in the sulphuric acid aqueous solution; a crystallization step (SP103) of crystallizing a sulphate hydrate from the aqueous solution after the dissolution step (SP102); a refining step (SP104) of separating the sulphate hydrate from the sulphuric acid aqueous solution and refining it; a verification step (SP105) of verifying clearance of the sulphate hydrate after the refining step (SP104); an analysis step (SP106) of analyzing constituents of the sulphate hydrate after the verification step (SP105); and a distribution step (SP107) of distributing a combination of the sulphate hydrate after the refining step, a verification result in the verification step and an analysis result in the analysis step to the market. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
