The present invention relates to a novel device for evacuation in disasters which enables a rapid evacuation or rescue of persons upon the occurrence of an unexpected disaster (such as a fire, earthquake, or other emergency condition) and thus significantly helps minimize loss of life caused by the disaster. The novel device for evacuation in disasters comprises: a planetary gear-type decelerator (100), which decelerates, at a predetermined rate, the high-speed rotation transmitted from one side and outputs one or more low-speed rotations to at least one of the one side or the other side; a wire connection pulley device (200) which is arranged at one side of said planetary gear-type decelerator (100) and has a wire connection groove (200a) for winding a wire (w) of a predetermined thickness such that the wire can be further deeply fixed at the groove (200a) by the drawing force during use so as to be absolutely prevented from slipping or escaping; the wire (w) which has a predetermined thickness and which is wound onto said wire connection pulley device (200) within an angle of at least 180° and which has hooks (h) formed on at least one of one side and the other side thereof; and a rotation driving device (400) arranged at one side of said planetary gear-type decelerator (100) or at one side of said wire connection pulley device (200) connected to said planetary gear-type accelerator (100) via a shaft, so as to generate predetermined rotating power to the decelerator (100). |
