The system has a solar heat collector (2) which is connected with heat sink (3). A heat exchanger (4) is provided in order to transfer solar heat form heat storage medium (6) to heat sink. The heat exchanger consist of a component or composite material with a ratio of thermal conductivity to heat capacity of about 500.10-6 m 2>/s, preferably about 1000.10-6 m 2>/s, in order to extend the transfer of heat from solar heat collector to heat sink.
