<p>In this signal potential conversion circuit, an input signal (CIN) is imparted to one end of a capacitor (20), and the other end is connected to an end node (N1). The conversion circuit (40) receives the potential (IN) of the end node (N1). A connection element (41) is provided between a power source (VDDH) and the end node (N1) so that when the potential (IN) becomes lower than a first potential, impedance decreases.
