The method involves producing warm vapor from a vapor-producing medium i.e. carbon dioxide, in a closed chamber using a fireless boiler comprising a solar panel as a heat source. The potential energy of the vapor is converted into electrical energy a turbine connected with an electrical generator. The vapor is condensed by a condenser to temperature below 305 Kelvin by transferring heat to atmospheric air, groundwater or surface water stored in another closed chamber. The medium is refilled in the former chamber, if the pressure in the former chamber is lower than that in the condenser. The boiling point of the vapor-producing medium is lower than that of water.
