摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic EL element, which can achieve lower voltage drive and longer emission life as compared with conventional organic EL elements, in a method for manufacturing an organic EL element having an organic functional layer including an electron transport layer formed by performing heat treatment thereon after being deposited by means of a wet process. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element includes a pair of electrodes and an organic functional layer including, between the pair of electrodes, at least a luminous layer and an electron transport layer comprising two or more types of materials having different glass transition points, on a substrate. In a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent element, the electron transport layer is formed by performing heat treatment thereon after being deposited by means of a wet process, and contains 0.1 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less of a material having a glass transition point lower than the temperature of the heat treatment in the total mass of the two or more types of materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
