<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate member which gives a laminate excellent in interlayer cohesiveness and adhesiveness, and a laminate using the laminate member. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate member 1 comprises a porous film 3 composed of an inorganic material as a film for adhesion formed on a base material, the porous film 3 having a most frequent pore diameter of 0.5-10 nm, and a porosity of not less than 15%. A laminate 4A is obtained by laminating another base material 5 on the film 3 for adhesion of the laminate member 1. Alternatively, a laminate 4B is obtained by laminating sequentially an adhesion layer 6, and the other base material 5 on the film 3 for adhesion of the laminate member 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
