<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of permitting a user terminal to access only information corresponding to user authority among information stored in an address book. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP 40, provided in a network system which comprises a user terminal used by a user and an authentication server performing authentication of the user, comprises: a storage part 42 for storing an address book 42a; an access permission means 41a for permitting the user terminal to access information in the address book 42a; and an authentication request means 41b for requesting the authentication server to perform authentication by notifying the authentication server of authentication information which is information for authentication notified by the user terminal when the user terminal requests the MFP 40 to permit access.
