<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display module capable of sufficiently transmitting heat from a light emitting unit to a heat radiation member by sufficiently securing a contact area between a substrate and the heat radiation member. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal module 3 (display module) comprises: an LED bar 6 which includes a liquid crystal panel 13, LEDs 60 for irradiating the liquid crystal panel 13 with light, and a substrate 61 to which the LEDs 60 are fixed; and a rear frame 8, which includes an inside surface 81 to which the substrate 61 is adhered via a heat radiation tape 7, and from which heat from the LED bar 6 is radiated. In areas corresponding at least to the LEDs 60 of the LED bar 6 out of the inside surface 81 of the rear frame 8, holes 82 are provided for exhausting air between the heat radiation tape 7 and the inside surface 81a to the outside at the time of adhesion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
