<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power control system that evaluates a control pattern being applied for a period equal to or longer than a constant length and utilizes the evaluation for subsequent control while discharge start time of an electric power storage device and the level of output can be changed. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power control system includes: measuring means 7 for measuring the electric power generation amount and electric power consumption of a photovoltaic power generation device 4; electric power price setting means 23 for setting an electric power price and a purchase price; control pattern storage means 24 for storing a plurality of control patterns including the discharge start time of an electric power storage device 5 and the level of the output as changeable factors; electric power charge calculating means 31 for calculating electric power charges of the respective control patterns using measured values measured in a past calculation period and the electric power price; control pattern selecting means 32 for evaluating those computed values on the basis of a predetermined standard and selecting one control pattern; and a controller 1 which performs control according to the selected control pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
