<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product that contains a film and a harsh chemical. <P>SOLUTION: A film is characterized in that it shows a harsh chemical dissolution time of less than 80 seconds measured by the harsh chemical dissolution test method after 8 weeks, wherein the film includes vinyl alcohol (VOH), and a copolymer of 1-8 mol% of 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid in free acid form or the free acid (AMPS) as a salt.
