摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder magnetic core which uses an amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder that is extremely hard and hard to be formed as a soft magnetic powder, reduces an amount of a binder to 0.5-1.0 mass%, and thereby increases a space factor of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder, and to provide a method for manufacturing such a powder magnetic core while preventing the occurrence of cracks or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The powder magnetic core formed of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder bound by the binder has: a cylindrical shape having a hollow part; a first layer containing the binder in an amount of 1.5-2.0 mass% provided at both ends or one end of the hollow part in an axial direction; a second layer containing the binder in an amount of 0.5-1.0 mass% provided at the remaining part; and a density of 6.4 Mg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
