<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter that suppresses an increase in turn-on loss even when a supply voltage fluctuates. <P>SOLUTION: In the DC/DC converter having: an inductive load having one end connected to a power supply; a switching element disposed between the other end of the inductive load and a ground; a first capacitor disposed between a first middle point between the inductive load and the switching element, and the ground; a backflow preventive element disposed between the first middle point and one end of the first capacitor; a bypass diode connected in parallel with the switching element; a second capacitor connected in parallel with the switching element and with the bypass diode; and a control section for controlling on/off the switching element, the control section outputs an ON signal to the switching element on the basis of a difference between a voltage at the first middle point and a voltage at the power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
