COMMUNICATION METHOD, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND FILE SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a voice message to a called terminal in a user-friendly method even if a line switching network is regulated.

SOLUTION: A communication method in a communication system having a terminal connected to a line switching network and a packet exchange network and a file server connected to the packet exchange network includes the steps of: detecting a line switching network regulation by the terminal; generating a voice file from input voice messages if the line switching network is regulated when the terminal dials a called terminal; uploading the voice file to the file server by the terminal via the packet exchange network; receiving the voice file and storing it in a voice file storage unit by the file server; and notifying the storage location of the voice file to the called terminal by the terminal or the filer server.
