<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a torque required for opening and closing a fluid control valve. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid control valve 1 includes a combination in which a cam member 6 connected to a knob 20 is interposed between the knob 20 and a piston 10 and either (1) recessed cam surfaces 62 are formed in the contact end face 66 of the cam member 6 that is in contact with the piston 10, and a projecting piston engagement part 101 is formed on the part of the piston 10 that is in contact with the cam face 62 or (2) projecting cam faces 62 are formed on the contact end face 66 of the cam member 6 that is in contact with the piston 10, and a recessed piston engagement part 101 is formed in the part of the piston 10 that is in contact with the cam face 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
