<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that because a light shielding part is formed in a conventional method for manufacturing a light transmission body, a step for forming a slit on a translucent base material and a step for infiltrating dye into the translucent base material by heating are required and increase of productivity is difficult, and especially when the translucent base material is thermoplastic resin such as urethane resin in the step for infiltrating the dye into the translucent base material by heating, bubbles may be generated in the resin when heating the resin at a temperature of 130°C and more, heating is restricted up to about 120°C, several hours are required for infiltrating the dye into the translucent base material and heating time is extended. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the light transmission body includes a printing step for printing ink containing heating particles to be heated by irradiation of an electromagnetic wave and dye on a predetermined printing portion on the surface of the translucent base material and an infiltration step for heating the printing portion by heating the heating particles by irradiation of an electromagnetic wave, and infiltrating the dye into the translucent base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
