<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing glass-ceramic products improved in strength and appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises (a) a step for forming a glass precurser of the glass-ceramics, (b) a step for depositing at least one crystallization-accelerating chemical agent selected from compounds and/or metals of Zn, Cu, Zr, La, Nb, Y, Ti, Ge, V, Sn or the mixture of the same on at least a part of the surface of the glass precurser, (c) a step for heat treating the glass precurser under the condition for securing making ceramics, (d) a step for depositing at least one crystallization-accelerating chemical agent selected from compounds and/or metals of Zn, Cu, Zr, La, Nb, Y, Ti, Ge, V, Sn or the mixture of the same on at least a part of the surface of the glass-ceramics and heat treating the same between the nuclear forming temperature and the maximum ceramics making temperature, (e) a step for removing the crystallization accelerating chemical agent which is deposited in the step (e) and/or the step (d) and remains free. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
