<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain strong centrifugal force generated by high speed rotation by a rotary device with low electric power after reaching a high speed rotation state, and to divide some of the centrifugal force to use it as the power. <P>SOLUTION: Strong centrifugal force is generated. A device for dividing some of the strong centrifugal force and converting it into power for outputting it is equipped in a vacuum case for rotating it at a high speed to obtain the strong centrifugal force and for holding the state. Accordingly, bookstore rotating speed is maintained and air resistance is equal to zero.
