<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sticking apparatus and a sticking method which enable an adhesive sheet to be surely stuck to a sticking target while preventing a failure in sticking. <P>SOLUTION: When the standing portion S2 of the adhesive sheet S is raised by a raising means 3, an adhesive portion S1 remains pressed by a pressing plate 45, whereby the adhesive sheet S can be kept temporarily stuck to a release sheet RL against push-out force from a raising plate 31. Thus, the adhesive sheet S can be guided to a pressing means 5 while it is kept in a predetermined temporarily stuck state. Therefore, the adhesive sheet S can be surely stuck to a predetermined sticking position of the sticking target W by preventing a failure in sticking such as coming off, shift in position or the like of the adhesive sheet S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
