<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim in which the number of part items and the man-hours relative to the manufacture of a door trim are reduced to reduce cost. <P>SOLUTION: The door trim 10 is provided with: a trim board 20 having an erected wall part 21 and an overhang part 22; and an arm rest 30 having a cushion material 33 and a cover member 31. The trim board 20 has a first through-hole 24 at a corner part 23 where the erected wall part 21 intersects the overhang part 22. In the collision of vehicles, the overhang part 22 is pressed, and thus the overhang part 22 is deformed to the outside of a cabin with the first through-hole 24 as the start point. The arm rest 30 is attached to the trim board 20 in a state that the cover member 31 covers the first through-hole 24 from the upper side and the cushion material 33 is formed in a space S between the cover member 31 and the trim board 20.
