Disclosed are an antenna and a production method for same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the antenna comprises: a base member which is integrally joined to the casing of a wireless device, on the inside surface of the casing; an emitter pattern which is formed on one surface of the base member; and a connecting terminal which is formed on the other surface of the base member. The emitter pattern is linked to the connecting terminal via a passageway formed in the base member.
