<p>Disclosed in the invention is a method for data transmission in a semi-persistent scheduling mode. The method comprises that: when semi-persistent scheduling cell radio network temporary identity (SPS-C-RNTI) scrambled data received by a user equipment (UE) is a semi-persistent scheduling transmission active signaling, and data retransmission is performed by adopting non-adaptive hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ), the UE sets a cycle timer for new data transmission; the UE transmits new data in original time-frequency resources when the cycle timer expires, and transmits the retransmitted data at the arrival of a next sub-frame after the new data is transmitted. The invention also provides a user equipment. By the technical scheme of the invention, the system overhead is reduced, and a problem of the new data and the retransmitted data collision in the semi-persistent scheduling mode is solved at the same time.</p> |
