Provided is a novel medical use application for a pyrazolidinedione derivative represented by formula (1) and having an activity of inhibiting the activation of Rac through DOCK2, DOCK180 or DOCK5. Specifically provided is a medical use application for the derivative as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for Rac activity-related diseases such as various immune-related diseases including autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors or an immunosuppressing agent.
