<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device capable of easily attaching/detaching a stopper member to/from a dispensing device body. <P>SOLUTION: The stopper member 8 having an upper end edge approaching or abutting on a lower end edge of a head cylinder part from below, and having a lower end edge positioned above a top wall part 11, is attached to a guide cylinder part 13 positioned between the lower end of the head cylinder part and the top wall part 11, and the stopper member 8 has a main cylinder part 41 having a side opening part 41A opened in a radial direction and formed in a C-shape when viewed from the top and detachably attached to the guide cylinder part 13, and an operation part 42 outwardly protruded in a radial direction from the main cylinder part 41.
