<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft propylenic resin composition exhibiting high adhesive force to inorganic materials such as metals and glasses and additionally various types of plastics, and being capable of providing a laminate excellent in flexibility, transparency, rubber elasticity and scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition (X8) contains: 100 pts.wt of a thermoplastic resin composition (the total amount of (A8) and (B8)), containing 0 to 90 wt.% of a propylenic polymer (A8) having a melting point observed by a differential scanning calorimeter of ≥100°C, and 10 to 100 wt.% of a soft propylenic copolymer (B8) which is a copolymer of propylene and at least one 2-20C α-olefin excluding the propylene, has a Shore A hardness of 30 to 80, and has a melting point observed by a differential scanning calorimeter of <100°C or exhibits no melting point observed; and 0.1 to 10 pts.wt of a coupling agent (Y8), and 0 to 5 pts.wt of an organic peroxide (Z8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
