PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device that controls display of a television receiver or the like and that enables a date and time to be easily displayed.

SOLUTION: A display control device 1 related to the present invention, when receiving a user's determination instruction while a date-and-time icon is arranged at a specific position on a menu screen, shifts the menu screen to a date-and-time screen including at least one of a calendar image and a clock image.
