PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of molding even a hexagonal pillar-shaped brick of which the cross-sectional shape is changed in a length direction and having uniform quality regardless of a length.

SOLUTION: The mold 1 for a hexagonal cross-sectional refractory brick includes two opposed side molds 11a and 11b and a lower surface mold 12 and an upper surface mold 13 arranged between the two side molds and a body for the brick is housed in a space 15 surrounded by the lower surface mold 12, the upper surface mold 13 and the two opposed side molds 11a and 11b. Opposed surfaces of the two side molds are vertical surfaces 14a and 14b symmetrically arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other with respect to a first axis A extending in a horizontal direction, and the opposed surface of the lower surface mold 12 to the upper surface mold 13 and the opposed surface of the upper surface mold 13 to the lower surface mold 12 comprise cross-sectionally V-shaped valley recessed parts where the space 15 side extending in the direction of the first axis A is recessed, and both the lower and upper surface molds or bottoms 12a and 13a of the valley-shaped recessed part of the upper surface mold have predetermined radii of curvatures.
