<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet friction plate which achieves further drag torque reduction while suppressing a total area of the friction material from decreasing. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch friction plate 200 is configured with friction materials 210 and oil grooves 220 on a core metal 201 of flat plate-shaped annular form. The side surfaces of the core metal 201 which face clutch plates 103 are provided with the friction materials 210 shaped in small pieces and arranged in the circumferential direction of the core metal 201 through the oil grooves 220 therebetween. The friction materials 210 are arranged as friction material groups 211 each of which is composed of a set of five friction materials 210 continuously arranged. In the friction materials 210 composing each of the friction material groups 211, outer peripheral edge sections 213 and inner peripheral edge sections 214 are formed in circular-arc continuously changing shapes 213a, 214a in which distances L<SB POS="POST">213</SB>, L<SB POS="POST">214</SB>from the center O of rotation of the core metal 201 change continuously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
