<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reliably hanging and excluding a liver in a laparoscopic surgery. <P>SOLUTION: A body 1 of an exclusion implement has a sheet shape and includes a horizontal strap part 2. Threads 3, 4 are connected to the right and left ends of the horizontal strap part. A longitudinal piece part 6 is arranged above the center of the horizontal strap part. The longitudinal piece part includes a forked part 7 at the upper end, where threads 8, 9 are connected to the right and left ends of the forked part. A thread 12 is connected to the left side of the longitudinal piece part. Then, the body with the threads is brought into an abdominal cavity through a trocar. The exclusion implement causes the left lobe L of a liver to get into the abdominal side from the back, and then, the left side portion of the horizontal strap part and the thread at the left end of the horizontal strap part are arranged on the back side of an external section s of the left lobe of the liver. The right side portion of the horizontal strap part and the thread at the right end of the horizontal strap part, the longitudinal piece part and the threads at the right and left of the forked part, and the thread on the left side of the longitudinal piece part are arranged on the abdominal side of the left lobe of the liver. A falciform ligament k is fitted into the forked part and the threads at the right and left of the forked part are arranged right and left the falciform ligament. The thread at the left side of the longitudinal piece part is arranged in the external section s. The right side portion of the horizontal strap part and the thread at the right end of the horizontal strap part are arranged in an internal section u.
