<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the satisfaction level of a user within a standard while considering a response time of recommended contents. <P>SOLUTION: Contents of which the content ID is "CA" are placed third in the ranking of recommendation to a user of which the user ID is U2. Since the ranking of recommendation is third, recommendation scoring becomes low and it is 0.8. The contents are stored in a cache 51 of a server 5, however, and since its response speed is high, its response scoring becomes 1.
