<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video transfer apparatus suitable for a watching system capable of imaging many watched persons with a small number of video cameras and individually monitoring many watched persons in a multiple dwelling house, a nursing facility or the like in which many watched persons such as aged persons live. <P>SOLUTION: When a wireless tag reader 3 reads out ID data for identifying each watched person, video data from a video camera 2 corresponding to the wireless tag reader 3 are classified for each ID data as watching video data corresponding to the ID data and stored in a video data storage part 12 to individually store watching video data on each of many watched persons with the small number of video cameras 2.
