Provided is a liquid carbon dioxide gas manufacturing device capable of producing high purity liquid CO2 from which water content and organic materials such as oil are removed. The liquid carbon dioxide gas manufacturing device comprises a circulation system for performing circulation processing on CO2, and an introduction device (20) for introducing CO2 from an external CO2 source into the circulation system. The circulation system comprises at least an evaporator that evaporates CO2, a condenser that condenses CO2 from the outlet of the evaporator, and a storage tank that stores liquid CO2 produced by the evaporator. The liquid CO2 in the storage tank is fed to a point of use as well as to the evaporator. An adsorber that removes water content and organic material (oil content) by adsorption is provided at a point where CO2 gas flows through the line from the external CO2 source to the condenser.
