A method, device and system for pushing information are provided by the present invention. The method comprises: obtaining and storing the microblog message published using the instant messaging (IM) client by the user; scanning the stored microblog message published by the user according to the preset extracting policy, and obtaining the keywords; according to the obtained keywords, determining the application scene in which the user is, matching the application scene with the prestored corresponding help information, and obtaining and pushing the matched help information. With the solution of the present invention, the accuracy and the reliability of pushing the information can be improved. |
