Provided is a frozen pasta in which the original flavor of the pasta is retained. A frozen pasta characterized by having a ground product of a pasta and/or a durum wheat flour attached thereon. A process for producing a frozen pasta, characterized by comprising cooling a cooked pasta, attaching a ground product of a pasta and/or a durum wheat flour on the surface of the pasta, and then freezing the resultant product.
