摘要

Novelty: a laboratorial method assisting the detection of the DNA and cytomegalovirus DNA CMV DNA) trough the capillary blood of new born infants; placement of dried blood spot onto a Guthrie card. Advantage: Guthrie card can be conserved for many years; it constitutes the only one medium for transport and preservation of the human DNA from the birth moment.
